Refund Policy

Pixeroom is a subscription service billed monthly — this policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Free Plan

The Free plan never requires payment, so there’s nothing to refund.

Cancelling a Paid Plan

You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Account. Cancelling stops future billing — your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.

Refunds

Because plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, we don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused exports within an active billing period. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a payment made after you’d already cancelled — contact us and we’ll look into it.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan may be paused until payment succeeds or you update your payment method. If you have a billing dispute, please reach out to us directly before filing a chargeback — it’s faster to resolve and keeps your account in good standing.
