These Terms of Service govern your use of Pixeroom (“we”, “us”), a browser-based photo editing service available at pixeroom.com. By creating an account or using the Studio, you agree to these terms.
Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Plans, Billing & Cancellation
The Free plan requires no payment. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) bill on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from My Account — your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges will be made after that.
Export Limits
Each plan includes a specific export allowance (daily on the Free plan, monthly on paid plans) and a maximum bulk-export batch size, as described on the pricing page. These limits are enforced automatically and may change with reasonable notice.
Your Images
You retain full ownership of any images you upload and export. Background removal and editing happen in your browser — we don’t store copies of your source images or exports on our servers as part of normal use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pixeroom to process content you don’t have the rights to, to abuse or attempt to circumvent plan export limits, or to interfere with the service’s operation.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Limitation of Liability
Pixeroom is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixeroom after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
